Terms for using Maavi

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of Maavi (we, us, our), an AI-powered image generation service.

By using Maavi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Maavi provides AI-based tools to generate interior images and potentially other visual content based on user input, including text prompts and uploaded reference images.

The service is intended primarily for business users.

• Access to Maavi requires an account.
• Authentication is performed via magic link login using your email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use Maavi:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To generate or upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
• To violate intellectual property rights
• To generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• To process personal data unlawfully
• To generate, request, upload, or attempt to create sexually explicit, nude, sexually suggestive, or otherwise NSFW content
• To evade, test, probe, or disable Maavi's safety filters or content moderation systems
• To promote, showcase, or imply NSFW generation capability in marketing materials, landing pages, social media, galleries, demos, or other public-facing communications

Maavi applies mandatory safety filters and other safeguards to detect and block prohibited NSFW content and related attempts to bypass those protections.

Marketing and public-facing use of Maavi may not include suggestive examples, uncensored messaging, or other materials that imply sexually explicit or NSFW capability.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.
• Maavi does not guarantee the correctness, uniqueness, or legality of generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.

Maavi does not use user content, including prompts, uploads, or generated images, to train AI models.

Maavi relies on third-party providers, including:

• Fal AI for image generation
• Cloudflare R2 for storage

These services may process your data as part of delivering the service.

• User content, including images, prompts, and uploads, is stored while your account is active.
• You can delete your content at any time.
• When your account is deleted, all associated data is removed, except where legally required.

• Maavi may offer paid plans or subscriptions.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.
• Access to certain features depends on successful payment.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

• The Maavi platform, software, and branding remain the property of Maavi.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Maavi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maavi is not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Use of the service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Maavi harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Maavi constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
