You may not use Maavi to generate, request, upload, edit, transform, or distribute:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or nude content
- Sexually suggestive content, including undressing, erotic framing, twerking, fetishized imagery, or provocative posing
- Content intended to sexualize real people, minors, age-ambiguous persons, or non-consenting subjects
- Any other NSFW content that would reasonably be understood as adult sexual content or content created for sexual gratification
These restrictions apply whether the content is realistic, stylized, animated, partial, censored, implied, or described indirectly.
3. Prohibited Behavior
You may not:
- Attempt to evade, probe, benchmark, jailbreak, or disable Maavi's content filters or safety systems
- Use coded language, cropped imagery, multi-step prompting, or indirect instructions to try to obtain prohibited NSFW outputs
- Market, showcase, or imply that Maavi can generate NSFW or sexually explicit content in ads, landing pages, social media, galleries, customer materials, or demos
- Use Maavi in any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful way
4. Safety Filters and Enforcement
Maavi uses mandatory safeguards to enforce this policy, which may include:
- Automated classifiers and moderation systems that block prompts, uploads, or outputs
- Account-level restrictions, request throttling, content removal, or suspension when violations are detected
- Logging and review of blocked or suspicious activity for abuse prevention, security, and compliance purposes
We may take action without prior notice when needed to protect the platform, other users, or legal compliance.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring your prompts, uploads, outputs, and public materials comply with this policy
- You must not rely on Maavi for any workflow involving NSFW or sexually explicit image generation
- If you manage a team or client account, you are responsible for ensuring all authorized users follow this policy
